The villa nestles amongst the mangoe and coconut trees with the beautiful manicured lawns and its many swings and benches.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with baths. These rooms are on the opposite sides of the villa. One overlooks the aviary and the other looks out to the plantation. They do not connect to each other and so provide total privacy. Both rooms are large and can easily accommodate a family of 5 persons also.

The first floor is very large and spreads over 1000 sq ft. This floor has 2 very large bedrooms and bathrooms, a sitting, dinning a sitout and a wraparound balcony facing the lawn. The unique part is that a large family or two families can enjoy this huge floor as one group, but at the same time two separate groups can also use this floor without causing inconvenience to each other. Ideal for a large family.

The second floor holds the master bedroom. This is a single room with an attached bath. Totally exclusive, secluded and private. This room has 3 french doors that lead out to 3 separate terraces. You get a 360 degree view of the entire area. At night you are transported under the magical sky with the moon and stars above.
