4 days 3 nights

Cochin – Alleppey/Houseboat - Cochin

Day 1 Cochin.  Met on arrival at Cochin International Airport/Railway Station.  Transfer by road to Ernakulam/Fort Cochin and check in to your Hotel/Resort/Homestay.  Spend the afternoon sightseeing.  Visit Jew Town, Mattancherry Palace and the Chinese Fishing Nets.  Enjoy a Kathakali show in the evening.  Kathakali, a traditional dance of Kerala is quite magnificent and a definate‘must see’.    Overnight stay in Ernakulam/Fort Cochin.

Days 2 & 3 Alleppey & Backwaters (Houseboat).  Transfer to Alleppey by road and check into your backwater resort. In the afternoon enjoy a full body Ayurvedic massage.  Overnight stay in Alleppey.  Morning checkout and transfer to your Houseboat.  Spend the day Houseboatcruising on Vembanad Lake and through the backwaters of Alleppey.  Enjoy a village walk and sample the local ‘toddy’ –  Overnight stay on the Houseboat.

Day 4 Alleppey Backwaters – Cochin.   After breakfast cruise back to Alleppey and transfer by road to Cochin International Airport/Railway Station.
