About the Activity

The houseboats have all the comforts of a good hotel including furnished bedrooms, modern toilets, cozy living rooms, a kitchen and even a balcony for angling. Parts of the curved roof of wood or plaited palm open out to provide shade and allow uninterrupted views. While most boats are poled by local oarsmen, some are powered by a 40 HP engine. Boat-trains - formed by joining two or more houseboats together are also used by large groups of sightseers.

What is truly magical about a houseboat ride is the breathtaking view of the untouched and otherwise inaccessible rural Kerala that it offers, while you float! Now, wouldn't that be something?

Note:

1.)      06:00pm to 07:00am- Boat will Anchored & it will be idle in the lake.(As per GOVT- rule, village people    need to put the net in the lake for fishing).

2.)       Air Condition will function in the bed room from 09:00 pm till 06:00 am only.

3.)    Check in time 11:30am Check Out 09:00am

4.)    Children bellow 5yrs Complimentary. Above 5 yrs you have to pay  750 Extra.

5.)      If you require full time A/C, Additional you have to pay 2500/- extra (Sgl).

6.)    Alpy-Kumarakom & Kumarakom –Alpy, Rs 1500/- Extra.

7.)     Honey Moon Spl ( Cake + CLD + Flower Bed+ Sweets) – Extra 750/-

8.)     Management not responsible for the Late arrival.

9.)     Premium/ Luxury Houseboats as per requirements.
