Day 01 : Reach Amritsar- Golden Temple & Wagha Border

We arrive at Amritsar railway station at 05.45 am and transfer to our hotel. Morning after breakfast at hotel we start your city tour with the blessings of Golden Temple-the most important sikh shrine which is also called Mecca for the Sikhs is a living symbol of the spiritual and historical traditions of the Sikhs. Then visit Jallianwala Bagh- where, on April 13, 1919, British and Gurkha soldiers opened fire on an unarmed forbidden gathering, killing hundreds of civilians. visit  the Great Golden temple and Jallainwala Bagh. Evening sunset visit to Wagah border to witness the flag retreat ceremony at Indo – Pak boarder. Then return back to the hotel.

Stay: Overnight at Amritsar

Day 02: Amritsar - Dharamshala (200 kms/ 6 hrs)

After morning breakfast, we then drive to Dharamsala. On arrival check in at hotel. After a short break, we visit the Tea Garden & Kangra Tea industry, where we explore the tea plantations and scenic beauty of Dharamshala. After which, we come back to the hotel.

Stay: Overnight at Dharamshal

Day 03: Explore Dharamshala- Mcleodganj

Morning after breakfast,  for half day we do the city tour visiting Mcleodganj, Church, Dalai Lama temple, Bhagsu nag temple, water fall, Dal Lake, naddi and Tibetan Monastery. Afternoon we are free to explore Mcleodganj on own.

Stay: Overnight at Dharamshala

Day 04 :- Dharamshala to Dalhousie (4 hours- 120 Kms)

Early morning after breakfast we check out of Dharamshala by 7 am & drive to Dalhousie. Reach Dalhousie by 11am. Check in hotel .After a short leisure, evening we stroll around on the mall road – Gandhi chowk, Sat Dhara, Panchpulla (where 5 bridges meet), Tibetan market and overnight at hotel.

Stay: Overnight at Dalhousie

Day 05 :- Dalhousie-Khajjiar-Dalhousie 01 hrs

Morning after breakfast we drive to Khajjiar via Bakrota hills & Lakkarmandi reach Khajjiar which is also known as “Mini Switzerland of India”. We spend the whole day wandering around. Then after a full day excursion, evening we come back to hotel.

Stay: Overnight at Dalhousie

Day 06: Dalhousie-Amritsar (6 hours- 200 kms)

Check out from the hotel after breakfast. Drive from Dalhousie to Amritsar. Reach Amritsar railway station and proceed further with extremely fond memories and learning from the trip! 

Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Stay: Overnight in train

Travel insurance worth Rs.20,000 accidental medical expense reimbursement per person is included (Governed by the rules as per the Insurance Company)

Exclusions:

Meals in the Train are not Included in the Package i.e. Mumbai to Amritsar and Amritsar to Mumbai

Additional activities can be chosen by students and be borne by them

Any entrance fees to monuments/parks/heater/Camera fee is not included
