About the Activity

Georgia Sunshine village is situated in Shivanasamudram / Shivasamudram / Sivasamudram skirting the cauvery wildlife sanctuary 120 kms. away from Bangalore and 60 kms. from Mysore.Shivanasamudram / Shivasamudram / Sivasamudram is a small hamlet town surrounded by forested hills and lush green valleys. It is here that the river cauvery divides into two and pluments into a 75 meter deep , rocky gorge to form the picturesque Bharrachukki and the Gaganchukki waterfalls.Downstream from these waterfalls is Asia's first hydro electric power generating station established in the year 1902 by the erstwhile Maharaja of Mysore with the intention of feeding power to the former kolar gold fields.

The Standard rooms are spacious and airy with partially open to the sky attached toilets that are absolutely privateThe Deluxe Suite are air conditioned and spacious with bedroom and sitting room. They have attached toilets, verandah and a refrigerator.The Deluxe rooms are spacious and have ACs , a mini refrigerator with attached toilets and a spacious verandah.The Family rooms is spacious and can house upto 4 persons, is aircontioned with an attached toilet.

The Route to be taken from Bangalore is as follows:

100 Km Bangalore via Kanakpura to 'T' Junction outside Malavalli Town

8 Km to 'T' Junction to SHIMSHAPURA ROADThen

Take a Left to SHIMSHAPURA JUNCTION to HEBBANI VILLAGE 4.2 Km

After Hebbani turnoff to Golden Sunshine Village 1.5 KMS
