About the Activity:

Day - 01

Arrival at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / North Bengal Bus Terminus (Junction) / Siliguri Town and Transfer to Runglee Rungliot

Our representative will assist you to reach Runglee Rungliot Tea Estate Bungalow which is at distance of 65 kilometers i.e. 2 ½ - 3 hours drive. Legend has it that years ago, in search of the finest tea, a Buddhist monk, by chance, stepped into this garden. Inhaling the aroma, and observing the light colour, he exclaimed "Runglee Rungliot", which meant, "This Far And No Further".

This was born a garden and a tea factory. And later the Runglee Resort. With the Himalayan ranges in the backdrop, this wooden Director's Bungalow has given the term 'luxury' a different angle altogether. The property is located just on the edge of a hill. This is ideally located for peaceful, leisure holiday with minimum or no movement. Picturesque farm with lovely people. Hospitable to the core. Check into the Bungalow.

Day - 02

Tea Factory and Tea Garden visit

Early morning breakfast, visit Factory to have an idea of Tea production. Darjeeling Tea can be enjoyed not just for its taste but because it is truly good. Picture perfect in the true sense of the term, discover what's life in a tea estate is all about from dawn to dusk. It courses through your veins and helps you unwind. Relax with a feeling of being, mystical, magical. Visit to the four main section of Production unit i.e. Withering, Fermentation, Drying, Sorting will be done.

If possible one can participate in Tea Tasting in the same day. Back to room for lunch. Afternoon stroll around the area or Tea plantation. Evening free & One can visit the local staff or resident of the area or have some book from library and go through It.

Night stay in the Bungalow.

Day - 03

Local Sightseeing at to Peshok View Point and Triveni or drive to Chitrey (Or Local Sightseeing to Darjeeling can be arranged)

Early morning breakfast, Visit for Local sightseeing. One can drive for an hour to Peshok view point and Triveni. There is an option for rafting also except monsoon in Chitrey. Rafting is for the adventurous guest. One can either visit Peshok or go Rafting at Chitrey and return to the Bungalow or just roam around the area.

One can also meet the growers from Gielle, Runglee Rungliot and maybe Namring. These four tea plantations are some of the most beautiful in the region. Back to room for lunch. Evening one can drive to Tinchuley view point if the sky is clear (Optional). Late evening stroll around the area or Tea plantation. Evening free & One can visit the local staff or resident of the area or have some book from library and go through It.

Day - 04

Departure to and from Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) /North Bengal Bus Terminus (Junction) / Siliguri Town 

Early morning breakfast, Visit around the garden meeting the officials and residents of the garden. Next one has to drive to Bagdogra Airport (IXB) i.e. 65 kilometers i.e. 2 ½ – 3 hours drive.
