Our Farm is situated at Kolad, its a small, boutique farm with beautiful lush green surroundings. Spread across 9 acres.

The Cottages are spread out so that each group has their own privacy.

You could take a nature walk on the track by the riverside or bullock carts up the country road, go on a guided adventure trek down the river, or may be an expedition to the neighbouring valley and hills or have a friendly a Volley-ball, Cricket, Badminton match

We provide Maharashtrian - Konkani cuisine, cooked with farm fresh products. We offer Non - Veg or Veg Cuisine which include significant variety of freshly cooked Jain & Gujarathi dishes. We can also serve you other delightful cuisines, to suit your palate.

You could start your day with Chai and Breakfast and then proceed for Rafting down the Kundalika. 

Other Activities possible nearby are Kayaking, River Crossing, Zipline.

And after the sun goes down, we offer Camp Bonfire and Buffet Dinner.

Large Cottage - Capacity of 14 Persons

2nd Cottage - Capacity of 8 - 10 Persons

3rd COttage - Capacity of 10 Persons

2 Rooms: Each with a Capacity of 6 Persons

2 Military Tents - Each with a Capacity of 4 Persons

Exclusions:

Barbeque at Rs. 200/- per person

Approximately 200 - 250 Gms of Paneer, Chicken, Potato per person
