A self contained cottage is located on a nice acre farm with plantation. It touches a beautiful lake and surrounded with farms, hills and forests. The lake flows into a perennial river which caresses three sides of the farm, before cascading into a waterfall. The picturesque valley that has three waterfalls uniting into a tributary, leads you onto the River Kundlika.

The Farm provides various types of stay:

Type 1: Economy Cottages or Tents

 Cottages and Machaan on the Water - Each accommodates 8 people (Washroom is not attached, available outside)

Large Tents with Cooler / Fan - Each accommodates 12 to 15 people (With attached Washrooms)

Type 2: Deluxe Non-A/c Cottage Stay

Peaceful beds with a wonderful rural outlook yet only a short stroll away from the river. With modify large beds and attached washroom, TV with Dish antenna.
Small Cottage accommodates 2 to3 Persons
Large Cottage accommodates 4 to 6 Persons

Type 3: Deluxe A/c Cottage Stay

Offers a quality living experience at the well designed hideaway cottages fully self contained with attached washroom.
Small Cottage accommodates 2 to3 Persons
Large Cottage accommodates 4 to 6 Persons

Glass House: Large comfortable accommodation especially built up for big family/ group up to 11 people with attached washroom, TV with Dish Antenna and Full Air conditioned.

Exclusions

Confirm Booking would not be cancelled or post ponded on request.

Outside food, catering and beverages not permitted.
Animals / Pets not permitted on the property.
Private Vehicle also arranged on request as per availability.
Management reserved the right to vacate any guest for noise pollution, NUSIANCE & unruly behaviour.
For all the above accommodations Checkout time is 5.00 PM.
Children below 4 yrs are not charged any fee.
All packages for children upto 4-10 yrs are 60% of the above prices.
One day pinic would be charged Rs. 650/- per person which includes Breakfast & Tea or Evening Snacks, Lunch & evening tea.
Weekdays all accomodation (except A.c. facility) Monday morning to Friday upto 5.00 pm Rs.1000/- per Person which Including stay with Lunch, dinner, breakfast and evening tea/coffee (all meal include veg and Non-veg) (For A. C. facility there will be Extra Charges).

Jain food also available.

Extra Lunch would be charged Rs. 250/-

Driver along with the family would be charged extra per day Rs. 400/-
