About the Activity:

Day 1: Pickup from airport drop to hotel in Leh rest

Transfer to the airport to board the flight to Leh. You will be received on arrival and transferred to your hotel. Rest and acclimatize yourself to the altitude and rarified air of Ladakh. In the evening, we gather for dinner and are introduced to the tour guide.

Day 2: Shey – Thiksey – Sindhu Ghat

After breakfast sight seen at Megnetic hill, Gurduhre, Sangam, Shey, Thiksey, Sindhu Ghat. Evening back to hotel

Day 3: Alchi,Likir, lamayuru one day

After breakfast, we leave for Alchi. Located 70 km west of Leh, is the Uletokpo camp where we arrive rest, have lunch and then leave for a tour of Alchi monastery and the nearby village. Then we drive to Lamayuru, where we tour the Lamayuru monastery. Also called the Yung-drung (Swastika) monastery, Lamayuru is one of the oldest monasteries in Central Ladakh. Later we leave for Leh. On the way we stop to the Likir Monastery built in the 15th century by monks of the Gelupa (Yellow Hat) Sect. Return to the camp in the evening to stay overnight.

Day 4: Leh to Nubra Valley

Early breakfast drive 125 km, crossing over the world's highest motorable road - Khardongla Pass 18360 ft, and enter Nubra Valley . Visit Diskit & Hunder Monasteries and white sand dunes with perhaps a Camel Safari. Overnight at the Camp / Hotel.

Day 5: Nubra Valley to Leh

Early breakfast & visit Samstanling Monastery. Pac lunch by river side and drive back to Leh via Khardongla pass, arrive Leh by 4:00 pm. Evening free. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 6: Leh to Pangong lake in 1 day evening back to hotel

Morning drive 135 km via Changla pass 17500 ft to Pangong Lake . Checkin at the Camp and Lunch. Explore the 140 km long emerald Lake . Back to Leh. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 7: Leh to Tsomoriri - Tsokar  via Maha bridge back from Taglangla

Morning drive to Tsomoriri lake. The Tsomoriri Lake is the breeding ground for numerous species of birds, like the bar headed goose, crested grebe, the Brahmini duck (ruddy sheldrake) and the brown-headed gull. The Tsomorir Lake is 8 km wide and 28 km long. We visit around the lake.  Then visit Tsokar via Maha bridge. Continue driving towards Tanglangla pass, which is at a height of 5350 mts and is the second highest motorable pass in the world. After reaching Tanglangla in the evening spend the night in the tent.

Day 8: Tanglangla to Leh.

Early morning after breakfast drive back to Leh
