The attractions of Malshej Ghat are the Shivenri Fort, where the great Maratha ruler Shivaji was born, Buddhist caves belonging to the 3rd century, Harishchandragadh, Ozar and Lenyadri, Ganesh and Shiva temples and Bhima River.

But the most unique attraction of Malshej Ghat is the migratory flamingoes which come during the monsoon.
