This home stay is on the lovely Chivala Beach at Tarkarli. The home stay scheme was started in the year 2007 under the bed and breakfast scheme of MTDC.

The house is surrounded by a lovely coconut groove , through which the beautiful stretch of the clean silver sands of the Chivala Beach and clear waters of the enticing Arabian Sea can be seen.

The beach is small, calm and secure. In the evening, laze around the beach and watch the sun go down, which will be surely an unforgettable experience. It has classic sea-view rooms. The host prefers to accommodate families.

The place is an ideal retreat for those who want to take a break from their routine job and get away from the stressful urban crowds.

Or even for groups of friends coming for Scuba Diving experience at Tarkarli, this is an ideal place to stay and enjoy the adventure activities at Tarkarli.

It is uniquely placed right on the beach front. You can frolic on the beach or rest yourself in the privacy and shade of our very own coconut grove right there on the beach. We offer you basic but comfortably furnished rooms and ample parking space. We also offer breakfast on request, prepared and served by us.

The lunch and dinner is provided by nearby people, who provide LOCAL veg as well as non veg food on demand. Nearby restaurants also provide excellent Malvani food.

We also provide cuisines in Thali system. There are various Thali’s such as Vegetarian Thali, Non-Vegetarian Thali and various fish Thali’s.

Room Types:

We have all Non Ac Rooms Each room has a Large Double Bed sufficient for a Couple + small child One extra Mattress can be provided for extra person 4th person / 2nd Mattress will not fit comfortably in the room, hence we recommend max 3 persons per room Most rooms have attached washrooms, some rooms have common washrooms Tents are also possible to arrange in the lawn area of our property, these guests will have to use the common washrooms

Boatride from Jetty to Scuba Diving point and back to Jetty

- 4 Water Sports: Jet Ski, Banana Ride, Bumper Ride, Kayaking

Optional & Extra -

- Transportation from stay to Jetty for Scuba Diving and to Beach for Watersports is NOT INCLUDED,

Guests need to take their own cars or hire autos

- Lunch /Dinner Thali: Veg Rs 120, Non Veg: Rs 150 to 180 per person

- Parasailling:  Tandem: Rs. 850 per person (Two persons doing together)

 Parasailling Single: Rs. 1,000 per person

- 2 Hours Backwater Boat Ride: Malvan Safar with Lunch can be arranged for Groups at extra cost
