2N/3D Camping at Dhanaulti with Adventure ActivitiesDetailed DescriptionAbout the Activity: Day 01: At noon, arrival at Camp o Royale, Dhanaulti. Welcome drinks, safety briefings and allocation of tents followed by lunch. After lunch, we will go deep into the jungle and discover the waterfall. In the evening, tea/coffee & cookies followed by camp activities & games. After dark, bonfire, snacks & Dinner. Overnight at the camp. Day 02: After breakfast, you will enjoy adventurous activities like Valley Crossing, Burma Bridge, Rock Climbing, Rappelling, Commando Net etc. After a long adventurous activities session in the evening, tea/coffee with snacks. Followed by the dinner while enjoying the bonfire at the dark. Day 03: In the morning, we go to see the beauty of nature like site scenes of the surrounding areas, you would love to capture in your cameras. You can also visit at the following popular places :- Surkhanda Devi Temple, Dhanaulti, Tehri Dam, Forest Track, Rafting at Rishikesh. Inclusions & Exclusions: Meals: All meals included in this package. Rappelling: Unlike mountain climbing, Rappelling is much safer and anyone with usual strength can participate in this. Burma Bridge: This is a bridge that consists of a thick rope for walking upon, and two ropes to hold on to. Commando Net: Commando nets have been used for decades as a training aid as far as climbing and crossing open spaces are concerned by the team. Parallel Rope: Just two ropes, one to move and the other to hold oneself, very dicey to cross a distance of 40ft. Valley Crossing: Valley Crossing is the technique of traversing across two high points by means of a rope stretched between them. Tug-of-War: Tug of war, also known as tug o' war, tug war, rope war or rope pulling, is a sport that directly pits two teams against each other in a test of strength. Bonfire: A bonfire is a controlled outdoor fire used for informal disposal of burnable waste material or as part of a celebration. How to Get There: By Road :310 Km from New Delhi via Rishikesh. Drive time 7-8 hrs. Via Dehradun - Mussoorie, Thangdhar is 285 Km. By Air :Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun-Rishikesh Route. Further 90 Km by road. By Train :Up to Haridwar: Shatabdi Express, Jan Shatabdi & Mussoorie Express. Also direct trains from Mumbai and Lucknow. Further 100 Km by road. Applicable Seasons: 1st March to 30 November |
