About the Activity:
Join Androula and Haridas on our yoga retreat in Varkala, Kerala on what we plan to be a powerful, fun and adventurous 7 day retreat. Our retreat will combine the dynamics of vinyasa in the morning (solar practice) with Androula and the traditional Sivananda with Haridas in the evening (lunar practice). We plan to bring about a transformational experience together so that we are all able to find, feel, play, explore, discover new and wonderful experiences and rest. We believe that the combination of the dynamics of the morning will complement the evening practice creating what we hope to be a magical experience.

We have discovered what we think is the best Ayurvedic treatment in Varkala. Aswani is a family- run Ayurvedic centre run by two brothers and their wives. Both Dinesh and Vineesh are Kalari masters with a wealth of knowledge of the body and the marma points.

The accommodation ‘GreenPalace’ again is a family run hotel set within its own grounds overlooking the stunning beach. The Abba Restaurant is set within the grounds of the Green Palace which serves great food and drinks throughout the day/evening.

Inclusions:

-7 Vinyasa morning classes with Androula at 8.00 am - 10.00 am (provision for later start on 12th dependant on arrival).

-7 Sivananda evening classes with Haridas at 5.00 p.m to 7.00 p.m.

-7 nights accommodation based on two sharing at The Green Palace.

-Breakfast after morning practice at the Abba Restaurant

-One free massage with Aswani.

Exclusions:

-Flights or travel insurance

-Extra food and beverages other than stated    Excursions or day trips.

transfer to and from Trivandrum airport (we can arrange for pick up and drop off).

How to Get There:
The Green Palace is located in such a way that it's just a stone's throw away from "Papanasam" beach, which according to belief, washes away sins of the visitor. Situated close are also the 2000-year old Janardhana Temple.
