Description:

Situated on the banks of  Krishna River at village Malatpur, about 13 Km from the town of  Wai in Maharashtra, India,

 

The campsite is born with the aspiration to live with the Mother Nature and far from the chaotic city life. The camp site is a tent camp for nature lovers who wish to spend a weekend in the lap of nature. This is the ideal plan everyone dreams for, and a quick break over a weekend to savour is a no brainer. Hence at this Camp we wish to bestow this opportunity to our guest through adventure camping in the midst of their busy schedule. Additionally the scenic beauty of Wai will simultaneously enable them to taste the flavour of rural culture, Dairy Farming, Poultry and Farm activities.
 

 

ACCOMMODATIONS:

 We have 2 types of accommodations:

 

OPTION 1: Tents Facing The River Krishna

 

OPTION 2: A Private Village House In Wai

 

 

PACKAGE:

Overnight Stay Package:

1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner, 1 Evening Snacks & Tea and Barbeque (200 gms)

Adventure Activities

 

Adults: Rs 2,200 per person

Child: Rs 1,200 per child (3 to 8 years)

 

Check In: 3 PM

Check-Out : 12 PM

 

We are flexible in our check in check out policy however any meals falling
 outside the package would be charge Rs.200 per person

 

- The campsite is being run only at the weekends and holidays currently.

        Stay is in the western tents i.e. 5 family tents having 6 people per

      tent capacity and 5 group tents having 4 people per tent capacity.
      The tents are of 7 ft. height and spacious.

-The mini tableland at the Balkawadi Dam

-The boating pier

-Dhom Dam

-Narsimha Temple

-Menavli ghat

-Temple of Dholya Ganpati at Wai and the ghats

-Mahabaleshwar is 32 Kms uphill while Panchgani is about  24 Kms

-A panoramic view of Panchgani and Kates point of  Mahabaleshwar along with surrounding mountains and  forts can be seen from KRC.

 

 

 

How to get there:

Our camp is located about 240 Kms from Mumbai and about 100 Kms from Pune.

 

From Mumbai: (245 km)

Via Mumbai – Pune Exp. highway and NH4 (4 h 22 min)

From Mumbai drive down through the Mumbai Pune Expressway and ahead through NH4 passing through Katraj, Shirwal, Pargao Khandala up to Surur phata

From Surur Phata, take a right turn to Wai.

From Wai, take the road to Dhom Dam and drive 13 Kms to Malatpur village, about a kilometer before Malatpur stop at Babu Shinde School.

 

From Pune: (101 km)

Via NH4 2 h 19 min

Take Lal Bahadur Shastri Rd and Sinhagad Rd to NH4 in Kudale Baug

Follow NH4

Take Wai Surur Rd to Dhom Dam rd.
