Get away from it all to a hidden gem in the Nilgiris where nature reigns supreme. Just an hour's drive from Coonoor and Ooty and yet a world apart - O'land Plantation is a 120 acre estate that grows tea, coffee, pepper and oranges. It also offers luxury stays for those who feel a special connection with nature and are looking for truly eco-friendly homestay.

Rates for Children from (8-14 )are Rs 800

Rates for extra adult is Rs 1500

After sunset, guests are asked to remain in their houses, unless being guided by one of our staff

Our outdoor activities range from gentle strolls to more strenuous hikes, however they all carry a small risk of injury. Management does not take any responsibility for injuries relating to activities undertaken at the Estate

How to Get There

We are located 20 kms away from Coonoor Town so that you have your personal space and not bothered by the huge number of tourists in town

From Bangalore

Transfers 1 way, Rs 7000 and upwards depending on vehicle

A beautiful 6-7 hour drive from Banglore. Drive through the scenic 321 sq km wide Mudumalai Sanctuary – spotting langur, spotted deer and if you are lucky a tiger! As you reach Ooty, take the Lovedale Road and head to Kollacumby, from there O'land is only a few kilometres.

From Coimbatore

Transfers 1 way, Rs 1900 and above depending on vehicle

A scenic 2.5 - 3 hour drive through the Nilgiris on the Coonoor Road, At Katary take a left towards Selas, just before arriving in Coonoor. Follow the road towards Kollacumby.
