About the Activity:

As our pilot project , we have adopted Sirohi , a village 40 kmsfom Delhi where we organize off beat excursions to raise funds to implement projects in Renewable Energy , Education and Waste Management .

Join us for a walk to watch the sunset atop a temple at a village 40 kms from Delhi

With the Delhi weather notoriously fickle and the sun creating havoc we have devised a lovely sunshine accompanied walk.

We follow the sun to the Kot temple where it gives us a direct view of the sun cascading through the Aravali ranges over an impossibly clear deep blue sky - watching the sun descend in a sea or orange, blue and red over the mountains in the distance.

Meeting point: Badarpur Metro Station exit -1

The funds collected from these treks help us develop the village and implement projects in Renewable energy and Waste Management .

Leaving from the attractive village of Sirohi, well-marked Arcadian paths …climb along impressive cliffs to culminate at the striking and dramatic remains of the Aravali hills.

A quiet country road provides an easy journey atop the Kot temple at Sirohi where we will watch the sunset . This is where you have the enviable position of being able to see all 360 degrees of the landscape just by walking around from one corner to another.

After the walk we serve you the local grub as supper at the village after a rejuvenating walk to the temple as we sit together to enjoy the traditional food at Sirohi.

The village is a 45 minute ride away , where we take the local tempos to make it as raw and rustic as it can get.

Inclusions & Exclusions:

Lunch provided at the village , Transportation , Paying the local resource people

Any expenses incurred at the village, we sell  charpoys and baskets made by the village folk
