If you have heard of the phrase: “When was the last time you did something for the first time?” and have been wondering what could be that thing, you might just have your answer with Hot Air Ballooning.

The experience begins early morning with the crew picking you up from your Hotel, once you reach the launch site, you will be greeted with mammoth balloons which will become your air chariot taking you up in the sky. You will be helped into the basket called a gondola, and once you have made yourself comfortable, the ropes holding the balloon will be cut and your journey to the sky begins.

Once you are lifted gently, you will be watching the earth fall away below you. Flying over forts and castles, craggy mountains, sandy stretches and green plains. Fly over towns and villages, if lucky you may even spot a herd of deer. A totally different way to the world. There’s no rush, no urgency, no whirring of engines. It’s peaceful, serene and incredibly beautiful.

There’s no feeling quite like it, nothing on earth that can match the magic of floating on air, the sense of being at one with the sky and looking down at a world that is looking up at you!

The flight will be approximately an hour-long and once you reach the landing site, the retrieval crew will receive you and handout to each of you a Certificate of First Flight duly signed by the pilot.

The balloons are sourced from the most renowned companies of the world. The pilots are from Europe and the USA, with thousands of hours of balloon piloting behind them. (Besides being really friendly!) The ground crew has been trained and equipped to match the standards of the best crews internationally.

The safety norms are identical to those followed anywhere in the world. The entire project has been set up under the advisory services of well-known consultants from overseas.

Inclusions

Approximately 60 minutes of a balloon flight.

Pick-Up and drop to/from the Hotel to be provided by us.

Tea/Coffee & Cookies are served at the launch site.

A Certificate of First Flight shall be handed over duly signed by your pilot.

Guest Pick-up and Drop: -                            Guests will be picked-up from their hotel /accommodation approximately 45 minutes before the flight (dependant on the distance between the hotel and launch site). Guests will be notified of the exact pick-up time 24 hours before their flight. Following the flight, guests will be dropped back to their hotel or to an alternate location if required.

Passenger Briefing and Tea/Coffee: -     Once guests arrive at the launch site the pilot will give a safety briefing and basic orientation to the technical aspects of Hot-Air Ballooning. 

Tea/Coffee, cold drinks and cookies are served during the inflation of the balloon.

 Flight: -                                                                 Flight time is approximately 60 minutes (+/- 10 minutes). Bottled mineral water is available during the flight.

 Post flight Activities: - After the balloon has landed, guests can stay for as little or as long as they like until they are ready to leave the landing site to be driven back to their hotel or alternative drop-off point.  The pilot will hand out First Flight certificates to all passengers as a memento of their amazing Sky Waltz Balloon Safari experience.
