Samruddhi Bhavan is a seven bedroom hall Bungalow centrally located between Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani at 2km from Mapro Garden towards Mahabaleshwar on the valley side.

Ground floor:

Ground floor has 3 Bedrooms and a hall. This unit is well furnished with all 3 bedrooms having attached western toilets, and a T.V. with cable connection in the living room. Servants keep the place neat and clean. A Garden with lawn and children’s play park is also provided. All the units (floors) have totally separate entrances.

First floor:

First floor is also a separate unit having 2 bedrooms with a 500 sq.ft. sitout terrace, overlooking beautiful valley. This Unit has a single entrance with 2 separately located rooms with attached western toilets. This unit is ideal for a family of 6 people. This unit is very well furnished and has a T.V. with cable network in the large room.

Second floor:

Second floor is an independent unit having 2 bedrooms with separate entrances. It has a beautiful sitout area with an excellent valley view. One can even view sunset from the first and second floor unit. Both bedrooms have attached western toilets. One is a double bedded room and the other is a large room with 2 double beds (4 bedded). This unit has a separate entrance too.
You can also play the Indoor Games like Carom, Chess, Cards etc.
