About the Activity:

Bhrigu Lake: This is situated at an altitude of 4500m. Bhrigu Lake is a holy lake which was suppose to be created by the great guru of Indian Mythology Maha Rishi Vashashit, who was also a teacher of Lord Ram.  A village is names after Guru too, and this village has a temple Guru and also a Ram temple, and Shiva temple. The most attracting fact about this village is that there are natural sulfur spring, which are considered holly and many people visit them. The lake is on top of a mountain and excess to this lake is only by trek, being on a higher altitude the place is covered with snow in the winters and the lake has water all round the year.

Day 1: Arrival at Manali, take connecting cabs to the hotel, freshen up at hotel, breakfast and introduction to your guides, cook, porters. After lunch, collect your gear (sleeping bags, carry matters, tents). Also check your personal things such as warm cloths, trekking shoes, windcheaters, medicine etc. take a local sightseeing tour of Manali. Evening after dinner, debriefing on the trek, and close the day. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: After breakfast, depart to Chaudda Morh (14th Turn) on the Rohtang Manali Highway. Start the trek toward Reuli Keli situated on the base of Bhrigu Dome peak Reuli Keli is also famous for its skiing slope, and being on the north face of the mountains, snow and ice is accumulated in a huge quantity and gradually melts down in the monsoons. The trek starts through the pine forest leading us towards the grazing meadows of Reuli keli. You have and magnificent of the Pir Panjal Range, and the most challenging peak hanuman tibba (5800m). Today we camp at Reuli Keli.  Overnight and Dinner at camp site.

Day 3: After early breakfast, pack up the camp and start the trek towards Bhrigu Lake, the trek starts gradually, and gets steep as you climb over the mountain ridge, with an amazing view looking over the Manali valley. Lunch packed arrive at Bhrigu lake, establish camp. Take a walk around the lake, enjoy the panoramic view of the Hmalayas, looking over Manali & Hamta valley. Dinner and overnight at the base camp.

Day 4: After early breakfast depart for 14 turns, lunch packed, arrive at the road head, and take cabs for Vashashit Village, visit the springs and the temple, continue your drive to Manali, check into your hotel end your trek at Manali.
