Rafting at Rishikesh with 1 Night Camping & Adventure ActivitiesDetailed DescriptionAbout the Activity: Accomodation is on twin sharing basis in comfortably large tents with independent toilets and separate hot and cold showers.The kitchen serves 3 meals a day, buffet style & the buffet may be either Indian, Chinese, Continental or local Pahari food. There are 2 Packages Possible Package 1: Rafting on 1 Section of The Ganges with 1 Night Camping Package 2: Rafting on 2 Sections of The Ganges with 1 Night Camping The Itinerary would be as follows Day 1: -Arrive at the Camp by/or before lunch. -Day for adventure activities at the camp. -Bonfire, Dinner and overnight stay at the camp. Day 2: -Depart for rafting post breakfast. -Packed lunch to be served Post rafting. -Departure after lunch
Also activities like Kayaking, Rappeling, Rock climbing, Cliff jumping, Waterfall, Trekking/Day Hikes and Bonfire.
With its peaceful setting and serene ambience, the camp is also ideal for meditation and yoga sessions, for both, the expert practiotioners as well as for the inspiring beginners. Sessions can be organized on request in collaboration with specialists from Rishikesh. Inclusions: Accomodation in tents on twin/triple sharing - All meals - Evening Bonfire - Access to all outdoor adventure activities such as rafting, kayaking, rappelling, rock climbing, Cliff Jumping, Volleyball and the Waterfall Hike Exclusions Please note: Travel facilities are not included and can be arranged at an extra charge How to Get There: One has to walk for approximately 2km (30 mins), crossing a quaint jhoola pul (suspended bridge) and the age old pilgrim’s path to Badrinath to reach the camp. Approx Distance from New Delhi 270 kms Route: Delhi - Meerut - Muzaffarnagar - Roorkee - Haridwar - Rishikesh - Shivpuri - Byasi - Kaudiyala. From Kaudiyala keep driving on the main highway for 3kms to reach a tea shack on the right (Mahadev Chatti). That’s where to park and to start walking down to the camp.
