It is located at Devbag, Malvan were you can enjoy the beach of sea and river both to gather at same place at “The Sangam”. Its an ideal spot where you can refresh your mind and soul.

Just within the drive of  (10km) you enter  the hustle and bustle of Malvan city and come to a place where the climate is pleasant throughout the year and situated amongst the heavenly beauty is the dreamland.

Overlooking the beguiling waters of Arabian sea, it enthralls you with comfort and luxury at a location that enlivens your senses. The serene backwaters of the Arabian Sea spread far and wide at the edge of the resort, where boats large and small cruise gently over the waters at daybreak as you watch them with a cup of tea in hand from the sit out of your Rooms. The green stretch of the resort is carefully tended to grow bright orchids and colorful flowers amidst coconut and mango trees cherished by the people of Malvan.

It is a two storey building with clean and Executive rooms and  also have cottages behind the main building.

Cottages are smaller then Executive room. It has double bed & provision for 1 extra person. If a person increases, we provide Mattress or Single sofa for 3rd person.

Executive rooms are larger then the cottages and its located in the main wing of the building and its in 4 sharing basis which includes double bed and a double size sofa- cum-bed.

We also provide cuisines in Thali system. There are various Thalli’s such as Vegetarian Thali, Non-Vegetarian Thali and various Fish Thali’s.
