Detailed Description

About the Activity:
 

Day01: Manali –Drive to Shuru Tilgan Thach (2650 Mts.) (04 hrs). (Villages, Himalayan deciduous Alpine Forest. (Steep climb) Dinner and Overnight stay in camp.

Day02: Tilgan – Sarotu (3400 mts) 4-5 hrs (camp)
A gradual walk through green bushes till Sarotu. The walk involves panoramic view of Himalayan Peaks in the Dhauladhar range. Dinner and Overnight stay in camp.

Day03: Sarotu Thach-Piyangniru (3900 mts) 6-7 hrs.
The whole area is surrounded by high summits, hanging glacier, and massive moraine. This is true alpine zone. Dinner and Overnight stay in camp.

Day04: Piyangniru-Chhika (3700 mts) 4 hrs. Dinner and Overnight stay in camp.

Day05: Chhika – Manali. - Trek down gradually from Chikka through forests to reach Manali.

What to bring for the trek?
Good Warm internal clothing (woolen and fleece, thermals), water proof and wind proof clothing, Comfortable hiking boots with good resistance against the snow and water with a good grip, haversack,  sandals, walking sticks, gaiters , woolen/tennis socks (quite a few pairs) and stocking, gloves, cap, sunglasses (very important) , Sunscreen lotion, day sack, camera and binocular (OPTIONAL),  water bottle, torch and batteries, though the water is very clean and pure and we do provide boiled water once you are in trek  still in order to be extra careful you can get few chlorine pills as mountain water is supposed to be hard.

Inclusions & Exclusions:

Transportation from Manali to Jagatsukh & Near Ambassador Resorts to Manali drop.

Accommodation in two men tents (high altitude alpine tents of good quality), heavy foam pad mattresses, good quality high altitude sleeping bags, breakfast/tea, all meals (good quality food), services of experienced guide and cook, assistants, all the camping equipment, utensils and crockery, kitchen cum dining tent, toilet tent,  ponies.

Can be arrange for 2 person also at min cost and for that contact the person directly.
