Kansai Waterfall

The Kansai Waterfall is located near Nagothane and is over a 2 hour drive from Mumbai and Pune. It is one of the most hidden waterfalls in Maharashtra and can be reached after a short jungle trek.

The 45 minute trek is loaded with adventure all along where one can enjoy a wonderful time amidst nature.

How to reach:

Kansai Waterfalls is located 2 km before Nagothane village on Mumbai – Goa highway. Tourists from Mumbai or Pune can board any state transport moving towards Nagothane, Ratnagiri, Roha, Pali, Srivardhan, Mahad, Chiplun.

Reaching Nagothane

If tourists are planning their visit by a private vehicle then they can drive down the Mumbai – Goa highway and reach the outskirts of Nagothane and follow the directions to the base village leading to the falls.

Hiring a local guide at the village is advisable as the trek to waterfalls can be confusing.
